All of our homes were built with KIDS’ APARTMENTS, where your little Mousekateers will enjoy their stay with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, VCR, DVD, Disney, toys, and more! The secret is, they will have a place of their own, AND SO WILL YOU! 

GOOD NEWS (Save $$$ because EVERYTHING'S INCLUDED!):.  You’ll be pleased to know EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED!   Unlike management companies, there are no, absolutely no, “cleaning fees,” no “extra person fees,” nor any charges for BBQ grills, highchairs, strollers, cribs, siderails, etc.!   EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED -  even a free wheelchair for those who may difficulty walking in the parks (must be reserved.)  Please note, however, pool/spa heat is optional and, unfortunately, we must charge the appropriate tax.

 Hi Paulette,
Close friends of ours are DVC members and recently convinced us to try a trip to Disney "their way", staying on-site as opposed to staying at one of your beautiful homes.  At the end of October we spent two nights at Caribbean Beach and two nights at Beach Club.  Kevin and I are happy to report that we much prefer the experience of staying at one of your homes. Staying on-site we couldn't get away from the crowds unless we went to our hotel room.  We really missed the quiet time we're accustomed to having at one of your homes, along with our own private pool.  
Although Beach Club is a beautiful resort and the hotel room was very nice, it was still only one room.  We didn't like being confined to one room, as opposed to an entire big house and lanai area.  No comparison!  And Disney is so massive, even using Disney transportation to get back to our hotel room at Caribbean Beach, making numerous stops along the way, took a considerable amount of time.  On one of those trips Kevin commented to me that it would have taken less time to hop back in our car and drive to one of your homes.   We are looking forward to spending time at one of your homes again at some future date.  .  I knew you'd enjoy hearing this!

Discount Attraction Ticket Information:

As a courtesy and convenience for OUR GUESTS ONLY, we provide discounted tickets to Disney and every major Orlando area theme park. These are exactly the same tickets you would purchase at the parks (not vouchers) and are hand delivered to our guests upon arrival in our homes. Because we do this primarily as a courtesy and convenience for our guests, and not as a profit making venture, we almost always can offer you a better deal!  Check out our great discounted ticket rates at <http://vacationears.com/tickets.htm>, or email us at <pauletteherron@mindspring.com> and we’ll be most happy to offer you great deals on theme park tickets - all from folks you can really trust!  Or, since there are a ton of different ticket options, you may wish to spend a few minutes with Paulette on the telephone (407-351-9530) to figure out which are best for you, and to get her best advice (bet she can save you  a bunch of Mickey dollars).  Please note, however, since we must order your tickets and since we don’t maintain any tickets in our office, ticket orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to your arrival so we may pick them up just prior to your visit. 

A Little Bit of Reality about Theme Park Tickets and Honesty  (Our foremost policy): The reality of theme park ticket prices is that almost all of the time we can supply tickets to you at a greatly discounted rate, if not the best. The prices of theme park tickets change, change often, and ARE different between and among vendors, ticket brokers, and the theme parks themselves.  Because we offer tickets  primarily as a courtesy for our guests and not as a profit making venture, almost all of time we can supply the best discounts on your tickets plus we hand-deliver them upon your arrival and all from folks you can surely trust!!!  If we cannot supply your tickets at what we think is a great rate, and if we know of others (including the various ways theme parks offer tickets) who can offer you a better deal, we WILL refer you to where we think you may get even a better deal than we can possibly offer.  It’s rare, but it does sometime happen!
