The Wolves did the opening ceremony which consisted of the Pledge of Allegience, the Cub Scout Promise and 7 interesting facts they learned about the American flag.
 
 

Joan Metcalf, a puppy walker with the Guide Dog Foundation, visited us
with Mandy.  Mandy is a 6 month old puppy training to be a future guide dog.
Joan gave a fantastic talk on seeing eye dogs and what it takes to raise one
of these very special puppies.  If you're interested in volunteering to raise

Eight of our Tiger Cubs being congratulated on completing 5 of their
"Big Ideas" so far this year.  Keep up the great work!

 

Our Bear Cubs were awarded the badges they earned so far this year.

 

Our Senior Webelos went on a trip to the 200 to 300 year old Sunken Forest on Fire Island and earned their Forester, Traveller and Aquanaut badges.

 

All the boys were presented with the awards, patches and pins they earned for the Memorial Day Flag Placement, The North Shore Beach Cleanup, the Pack's Popcorn Sale.

 

The Wolves with their "Potato Pets", "Animal Masks" and "Pet Puppets"
they made for this month's "Pets" theme.
