BEFORE YOU BEGIN, LEARN WHO WE ARE!
We
thought we’d tell you a little of our philosophy to help you understand just who we
(Paulette and Lee) are. Many, many times
during the year, we get requests from folks who are, to say the least, not exactly happy
with a previous vacation home rental. They,
unfortunately, have been hit with a scam, did business with a rip-off artist, or worked
with someone who just didn't care. We
don’t want ANYONE to be “taken,” and by heavens, we do something about it! Here is our philosophy and
practice, and we think it should be yours too when you consider renting a vacation home. Consider only those homes where you are
treated well like a real person by a real person and owner; one who is available to
pleasantly answer all questions before you come, and who is willingly & personally
available to help during your stay. Consider
only homes who are HIGHLY approved by the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida (at
least an A rating), and be sure to check out such claims.
Consider homes whose owners do not require you to make full payment long
before your arrival or require you to send funds “overseas,” and who are willing
to let you pay on arrival after you’ve seen and are pleased with the home. Consider homes where the owner personally oversees
the cleanliness of the home and personally escorts you to the home to be sure you are more
than pleased. While there are many more
things you should consider, they all lead to one thing: TRUST IN THE OWNER. We believe we may be just what you are searching
for to have a relaxing, pleasant, and truly magical vacation with Mickey. So, if you have ANY question, simply contact

Sat. to Sat. policy
While we make every
attempt to book Sat. to Sat., we do make exceptions from time to time. If you’re
traveling plans absolutely do not allow a Sat. to Sat. time frame, simply email us, specifying the home and
exact dates you wish to stay, and we’ll get back to you in a Mickey
Minute! Please note however, regulations
do require us to book no less than a 7 day time frame.

Our heated
pool/spas are REALLY heated, with the pool temperature maintained at 86-88 degrees
F (weather permitting), and the spa at 104 degrees F - and YOU control
the selection with our simple to use "aqua switch." Other owners maintain the spa only at the same
temperature as the pool (really)! With us, you
have, as some of our guest have noted, “pool luxury!” Enjoy!
- Our weekly fee for the luxury of heating both the
pool and spa is only $135. If you select this
option, we’ll make every attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88
degrees (weather permitting), and the spa will rise to 104 degrees every time you
simply push a button. If you are visiting
Mickey at times where pool heat may not be required, you can still experience the luxury
of a heated spa with our “Summer Deal – Spa only heat!” Offered during times when pool heat may not be
required (June-Aug.), we’re happy to offer spa heat only for $80. If you are enjoying our Sunset Lake (pool
only) Home while visiting Mickey, optional pool heat is only $110.
LATE ARRIVALS…No
problem! Remember, we live here.
So, with us, you won’t have to worry about getting to a
management company office to pick up a key and directions before they close – only to
find them already closed for the night. We’ll get you
in whenever you arrive – personally! REALLY!
