during the year, we get requests from folks who are, to say the least, not exactly happy
with a previous vacation home rental.They,

don’t want ANYONE to be “taken,” and by heavens, we do something about it!Here is our philosophy and
practice, and we think it should be yours too when you consider renting a vacation home.Consider only those homes where you are
treated well like a real person by a real person and owner; one who is available to
pleasantly answer all questions before you come, and who is willingly & personally
available to help during your stay.Consider
only homes who are HIGHLY approved by the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida (A+ rating), and be sure to check out such claims
with the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida.Consider homes whose owners do not require you to make full payment long
before your arrival or require you to send funds “overseas.”
Consider only those who are willing
to let you pay on arrival after you’ve seen and are pleased with the home.Consider homes where the owner personally oversees
the cleanliness of the home and personally escorts you to the home to be sure you are
indeed
than pleased.While there are many more
things you should consider, they all lead to one thing: TRUST IN THE OWNER.We believe we may be just what you are searching

SUITES, each complete with
their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in
showers, AND both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen
