Here are just a few of the extra things we do:

• We personally meet you upon arrival and escort you to the home to be absolutely certain you are more than pleased with your accommodations. Others simply give you a key and map, and any unfortunate "surprises" you find are just too bad!
• We live only 10 minutes away and are available 24/7/365.
• Disney parks are less than 10 minutes away from all our homes.
• Our Deposit is only $250 while others require as much as a $350 booking fee AND a security deposit of $250.
• The only optional fee is pool and spa heat. There are no hidden fees such as cleaning fees, extra person fees, etc.
• We provide a list of many, many guest email addresses and comments. You may actually contact previous guests and see what they have to say!
• FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS IN ALL OF OUR HOMES!.   Just bring your PC and stay connected while you enjoy Mickey!
• All of our Tropical Getaway Executive Homes have two IDENTICAL MASTER SUITES, each complete with their very own private bath including large garden tubs and huge walk in showers, AND both master suites view the tropical plants of the screen enclosed lanai, outdoor dining area, and pool/spa through their own large sliding glass doors.
• All of our homes were built with KIDS’ APARTMENTS, where your little Mousekateers will enjoy their stay with their very own bedrooms and game room, play and TV area, VCR, DVD, Disney, toys, and more! The secret is, they will have a place of their own, AND SO WILL YOU!

  • GOOD NEWS (Save $$$ because EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED!):.  You’ll be pleased to know EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED!   Unlike management companies, there are no, absolutely no, “cleaning fees,” no “extra person fees,” nor any charges for BBQ grills, highchairs, strollers, cribs, siderails, etc.!   EVERYTHING’S INCLUDED -  even a free wheelchair for those who may difficulty walking in the parks (must be reserved.)  Please note, however, pool/spa heat is optional and, unfortunately, we must charge the appropriate tax.

  • More GOOD NEWS:.  You’ll be pleased to know that you will get the exact home upon which you decide.   Unlike management companies where you may or may not get the pictured home, once you select the home you desire (and that’s easy with all the information below), you’ll get that very home.  Plus, you get the benefit of our 24/7/365 PERSONAL service!

• Unlike many other vacation homes, THE RENTAL FEE IS DUE ON ARRIVAL ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE ACTUALLY TOURED THE HOME and are completely satisfied!   (However, credit card payments are processed 7 days in advance of your stay and reservations involving holiday periods, multiple weeks, or multiple homes require half payment 60 days in advance or full payment 30 days in advance.)   Many others require full payment as much as 60 days in advance of your stay.
• All our pools have a Southern exposure (Sunset Lake Home is SW) to ensure continuous sunshine and warmth all the time!
• All homes have 4TVS connected to cable (Sunset Lake Home has 3), VCR, DVD, CD & telephone answering machines.
• We personally oversee the readiness of our homes and assure you that our homes are meticulously clean.
• We share our expertise on all the parks. We provide a personal in home orientation to all the attractions and the area, complete with special "tips." We provide you with the benefit of our years of living here, as well as with our personal experience in all the attractions, including the free ones you should not miss. We offer discount tickets to all the attractions at a discount well below gate prices.

•         Our heated pool/spas are REALLY heated, with the pool temperature maintained at 86-88 degrees F (weather permitting), and the spa at 104 degrees F - and YOU control the selection with our simple to use "aqua switch."  Other owners maintain the spa only at the same temperature as the pool (really)!  With us, you have, as some of our guest have noted, “pool luxury!”  Enjoy!

   

  • Our weekly fee for the luxury of heating both the pool and spa is only $135.  If you select this option, we’ll make every attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees (weather permitting), and the spa will rise to 104 degrees every time you simply push a button.  If you are visiting Mickey at times where pool heat may not be required, you can still experience the luxury of a heated spa with our “Summer Deal – Spa only heat!”  Offered during times when pool heat may not be required (June-Aug.), we’re happy to offer spa heat only for $80.  If you are enjoying our Sunset Lake (pool only) Home while visiting Mickey, optional pool heat is only $110.

• Major grocery stores are located within less than a mile from all our homes.
• Major golf courses are nearby ALL homes.
• We provide everything you'll need for the little Mousekateers, including free cribs, strollers, highchairs, siderails, booster, etc.
• For our senior Mousekateers, or those for whom walking in the attractions may be a concern, we provide free wheelchairs.
• ANOTHER REASON TO BOOK WITH US…….WE SAVE TICKET $$$ FOR OUR GUESTS!!! As a courtesy, convenience, AND SAVINGS for OUR GUESTS ONLY, we now provide deeply discounted tickets to almost every major Orlando area them park and attraction, ESPECIALLY DISNEY! Depending on the pass selected, we save our guests from $9-$30 per Disney ticket when compared to Gate prices and we personally hand deliver the tickets as soon as you arrive in our home. These are exactly the same tickets our guests would purchase at the parks (not vouchers) but are hand delivered to you upon your arrival in our home, and, as our guest, you will save a bunch of vacation dollars. Please note that these are savings for our quests ONLY, and for the guests of our guests who are staying in our homes.
