You can swim in the heated pool and watch the Florida sunset over the
lake, or try your luck at catching and releasing bass; fishing in your backyard!
Centrally air-conditioned.

visiting THE mouse!
Has its very own and private cathedral screened in and heated swimming
pool, and outdoor dining area, complete with safety alarms on the sliding door to the pool
and lake area to assure the safety of little Mousekateers.
Contains 5 Bedrooms, 3 dining areas, a full size eat-in kitchen, Great
Room, 2 Baths, including a large "KIDS APARTMENT" with their own bedrooms and
family room with TV!
The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 a full bed, and bedroom 3,
4, and 5 4 each have two twins. There is also a fold out couch in the kids
apartment so 12 can comfortably sleep in beds, plus an infant in our crib. There is yet
another full size couch. Be a hero and bring ALL the Mousekateers, the in-laws, a built in
sitter, or split the rental with another family and have a wonderfully inexpensive
holiday! Sunset Lake bed configuration: Master = queen, bedroom 2 = double,
bedroom 3 = two twins, bedroom 4 = two twins, bedroom 5 = two twins, futon in kids'
apartment, plus crib.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator with ice maker,
dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots, coffemaker, can opener, toaster, blender, and all
utensils. Towels and linens are supplied.
Cable TV in 3 rooms; VCR; DVD, CD..
Laundry area contains washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Equipped with 2 telephones and an answering machine.
For your safety, licensed and fully inspected by the state of Florida.
FREE adult wheelchair (must be reserved), crib, high chair, booster
chairs, bed side rails, etc.
And we've just added one of those fantastic park style BBQs which give
mouth-watering results. Imagine, cooking on your own outdoor BBQ while watching your
family swim in the pool, or your youngsters fishing in the lake, or simply watching local
unique waterfowl as you BBQ away!

Our brochure shows all five of our homes, contains many, many pictures
of all rooms and the exteriors, including photos of the pool areas, as well as a floorplan
and a map showing exact location from Disney's maingate! It leaves nothing to the
imagination! You'll see the exact house, inside and out, in which you have interest.

Terms and Conditions:
* Senior discounts available.
* Rates are, of course, subject to applicable tax.
* Check-in is after 3:30 P.M.; Check-out is prior to 9:30 A.M.
* Rentals are Sat. to Sat.; a full 7 days & nights.
* A
Reservation/ security deposit of $250 per will secure the dates requested. Upon your
arrival, $200 per week will become a refundable security deposit which will be returned to
you upon acceptable inspection of the property following your departure. $50 will become a
non-refundable processing fee. We shall be
delighted to fully confirm your very special vacation time upon receipt of your check or
credit card payment for the appropriate deposit. Guests from countries other than the U.S.
are requested to use an IMO (International Money Order) or credit card payment in U.S.
funds. If you choose to pay by cash, cashier’s check,
American Express Traveler’s checks, or International Money Order, payment of the total
fee is required upon your arrival, but only after you have toured the home. Credit Card payments are processed 7 days in
advance of your arrival. After your deposit is received, you will receive a
confirmation which will include reservation information, a receipt, etc.* * *
Depending on your swimming preferences, you may wish to add the luxury of pool and spa
heat at an optional cost of $135/week, or heating the spa only during Summer months
(June-Aug.) at $80. If you select our pool and spa heat option, we’ll make every
attempt to maintain the pool temperature at 86 – 88 degrees F (weather permitting)
and the spa will rise to 104 degrees F every time you simply push a button. According to
your personal taste, pool heat may be desired from Oct. through April. For obvious reasons, pool heat is recommended
in the "winter," our "winter," not yours, and it is not recommended
from June-Aug. If you are visiting Mickey at
times where pool heat may not be required, you can still experience the luxury of a heat
spa with our “Summer Deal – Spa only heat!”
Offered during times when pool heat may not be required (June-Aug.),
we’re happy to offer spa heat only for $80. And,
remember, Summer spa heat at 104 is always wonderful any time of the year with that late
night glass of your favorite beverage (just talk to Lee)! If you are enjoying our Sunset Lake
(pool only) Home while visiting Mickey, optional pool heat is only $110. If you desire optional pool and spa heat, simply
let us know, or contact us about two weeks in advance of your stay and we will tell you
the actual water temperature. That should make
the decision much easier! By the way, if you
have little Mousekateers, you’ll appreciate knowing that all sliding doors to the
pool are equipped with pool alarms!
* Remember, we are NOT a management company. We own the homes, and ABSOLUTELY ASSURE ALL
ASPECTS! We live here so we will always be available to assist you in any way we can.
